Stress Relief & Support for Moms
WEEKLY Support Groups for Moms: Tapping out Emotional Triggers w/EFT
In these small, private groups of open-minded women, you can look forward to weekly support, coaching & connection with other conscious mamas like you! (You can come weekly or skip as needed.)
RESULTS:
Be more present with your family, connect more deeply with your children, feel more peaceful in your parenting as you increase your confidence & practice self-compassion.
DETAILS:
​Groups are intentionally small & intimate - about 5 moms per group, allowing you to:
